How
does this work?
We are the food delivery marketing &
service company for all the restaurants listed
on this site. We take your order over the
internet and place it with the restaurant. We
dispatch order to independent delivery service
personnel to pick up the food. Delivery Service
provider then packs it in an insulated carrier
and delivers it directly to you. Usually your
meal courier will be waiting at the restaurant
when the food comes out of the kitchen.
What is the minimum
order amount and delivery fee?
Due to increase in costs of operations and to
serve our customers better, we have made changes
in minimum based on zip codes. Please refer to
following table for clarity.

When
are you getting more restaurants?
We would like to deliver food from as many
restaurants as possible. Based on feedback and
reviews we will be adding more restaurants soon.
Can I order from
multiple restaurants?
YES! You can order from multiple restaurants.
However, due to logistical issues and restaurant
policies, minimum order from each
restaurant should be of $ 15 excluding taxes and
fees. If you living outside minimum $15 per
restaurant zone, please call us to place your
order.
How
can I add special requests on my online order?
Whenever you have a special request, click on
the Customize
Item button
next to your item and type your request. If you
have a food allergy, please include that too.
Please keep in mind that, we are a food delivery
Service Company and do not prepare food. We will
forward your request to the restaurant. Please
check your food upon delivery.
Does the meal courier
check my order?
Your meal courier relies on the restaurant staff
to prepare and pack your order accurately. For
your health safety assurance, meal couriers are
not allowed to open containers.
Who should I contact if
there is a mistake with my order?
Please email with subject line "ORDER
NUMBER-MISTAKE" on contactus@foodtemptation.com or
call us at 1-800-347-7578 within thirty minutes
of order delivery. We will try to arrange for a
credit towards your next order. Thank you
for reporting your concerns to us so we can
continue improving our service.
How do I order from
foodtemptation?
You may visit our website at www.foodtemptaioN.com and
order online 24 hours a day for a specific time
slot.
Where do you deliver to
and what are your delivery fees?
Currently we deliver to most areas of Jersey
City and within 5 miles radius. We charge $ 3 for delivery for orders
up to $ 30. Above that, fees vary based on order
size. Order fees and minimum order amount may
vary based on your delivery address.
Is there a minimum
order?
Yes, the minimum order
value is $15.00 from each restaurant based on
your zip code.
How much should I tip?
Gratuity is a huge part of our driver's income.
In fact it accounts for about 70% of their
wages. Please keep in mind that our delivery
drivers are using their own vehicles and gas,
and they are working hard to get your food to
you in a timely manner so a gratuity of 15% is
greatly appreciated.
How do I pay for my
meal?
We currently accept AMERICAN
EXPRESS/VISA/MASTERCARD/DISCOVER credit cards or
CASH.
